Benefits per family/memberships: 

  • 15 GP Consultations (p.a) 

  • Acute Medication (N$150.00 per script) 

  • Selective Blood Tests (N$ 1,500 p.a) 

  • Every membership has Funeral Benefits underwritten by Sanlam 

  • Main member plus 4 dependents

  • Optics Cover N$ 650.00 (1 member every 24 months
